Our Mission

Enhance, promote, and support the development of strong minds, bodies, character, and communities through cycling.

Brentwood Mountain Bike Team was founded on April 4, 2023 as a 501(c)(3) nonprofit corporation in Brentwood, Tennessee. We compete in the NICA Tennessee Interscholastic Cycling League, serving student-athletes in grades 5–12 across the Brentwood community.

We believe every young person deserves access to the transformative experience of mountain biking — the confidence, resilience, and lifelong friendships that come from pushing yourself on the trail alongside teammates who have your back.

"Every youth is empowered to be part of a thriving and engaged cycling community."

What Guides Us

Our Core Values

😄

Fun

If kids aren't having fun, we're doing it wrong. Joy is at the heart of everything we do.

🤝

Inclusivity

No tryouts. No bench. Every rider who shows up has a place on this team.

⚖️

Equity

We work to remove barriers and ensure every student can access the sport.

🏘️

Community

We're building more than a team — we're building lasting relationships and a stronger Brentwood.
