No tryouts. No bench. Everyone rides.
Every rider who joins has a place on our team. Whether you're racing to win or just learning to love the trail, you belong here. Beginner to advanced, all welcome.
NICA's proven youth development model builds resilience, confidence, and character on and off the bike. Our coaches are invested in your rider as a person, not just an athlete.
BrentwoodMTB is powered by our families. From race weekends to team dinners, parents and coaches ride alongside each other building friendships that last far beyond the season.

BrentwoodMTB runs on volunteer coaches — parents, community members, and cycling enthusiasts who want to make a difference in kids' lives. No prior coaching experience required. NICA provides all the training you need.
